Baron walked through the door just as you tossed your phone onto the coffee table. It clattered and spun before coming to rest precariously close to the edge. He left his bags by the door and tapped your phone further into the table.

“Who’s done what?” He sat a short distance from you and began to unlace his boots.

“Another one of my high school friends is pregnant. Her husband is blind, so the hospital 3D printed the ultrasound so he could see the baby.” You huffed.

“You’re usually more excited about cool science stuff like that.” He watched your face while you avoided meeting his eyes. “What’s up?”

You bit your lip. Baron waited patiently while you worked out the thoughts you’d never put into words before. “Do you ever feel like we’re behind? Like, we’ve got each other, great jobs, the house. But something is missing and while time is dribbling away you also don’t feel ready? Then what if I am, and.. and then…” Baron calmed your vibrating thoughts by rubbing your thigh. When you were focused enough to think again, you continued.

“It took years for my mother to conceive. My aunt needed surgery to have my cousin. What if I can’t have children?” You sighed and fiddled with the ends of your sleeves. “And what if I do, and then fulfill the curse that all parents face: to put undue pressure on their child?” You looked off into space, talking more to yourself than Baron now. “I’m not sure which is worse. To have the opportunity taken away from you, or to have the gift of creation and screw it up like the rest of your life.”

Baron inched closer to you on the couch. You heard him inhale several times to say something, but nothing made it past his lips. Instead, he wrapped his arm over your shoulder and eased you around so you could bury your face in his chest. If he noticed his shirt was slowly getting wet, he didn’t say anything. Baron held you for as long as you needed as you cried out your fear and frustration. All the while his hand smoothed up and down your back while his chin rested on your head. When you finally pulled back, Baron’s cheeks were wet.

“I didn’t mean to make you cry too,” you mumbled. You reached up and wiped away the tears.

“If you’re hurting, I am too.” He took your left hand and toyed with the diamond on your finger. “We are one after all.” He looked out into the room, not seeing it. “We have time to figure this out,” he said after a minute. “We can start with tests now or later when we’re about ready to start a family. Then, move from there. If everything is good, for both of us, then… great. If not… we’ll find other ventures. Okay?” He looked down at you, lips barely lifted on either side.

“Okay.” You closed your eyes in bliss as he kissed your forehead. “Thanks for listening to me.”

“Hey, it’s what I’m here for. Now,” Baron lifted you as you squealed, “I believe pizza is in order.” He carried you to the kitchen counter. Before he called in the order, he grabbed the ice cream out of the freezer. From your position, you were able to find two spoons. You had dessert first while waiting for dinner.

He watched you intently during dinner. During the game he’d been looking forward to watching, his reactions were delayed and his fingers worried at a hole in his sweats. In bed, he tugged you back to him before you could turn off the side lamp.

“If it’s too soon to be thinking like this, then stop me. Otherwise… do you trust me?”

“Yes, Baron. I trust you.”

He shook his head, satisfied. With a side glance and a glimmer in his eye, he leaned close to your ear. “I know you’re on the pill, but what if we at least pretended to make a baby tonight?” A grin spread across his face as you gasped. “No matter what happens, we’ve got time for me to get in a lot of practice pumping you full.” He ran a finger along your jaw, angling your face up towards his. “Any objections so far?”

“Nu-uh,’ you sighed. Your skin flushed and your lips parted as you found it hard to breathe.

His hand slid down your front to your stomach. “You would look even more beautiful with our child growing inside you. Do you want to try, huh?”

You leaned in, your lips just brushing over his. “Uh-huh.”

Before you could kiss him, he was gone. The sheets were gone. His clothes were gone. Your shorts and underwear were gone. And your breath too when he nipped lightly at the inside of your thigh. You sighed as he breathed warm air over your pussy. Baron heard you and wasted no time before flattening his tongue against you. His hands pinned your hips to the bed, leaving your thighs mostly free to clamp around his head. He braced one arm across your abdomen and reached down to lightly thumb over your clit. You arched with the sparks that shivered through you. One finger, then eventually two, stroked along the outside of your lips before dipping in. He curled them roughly in the spot he knew well, chuckling as you clamped down on him.

“I felt that. But you’re going to need to open up a bit more to take this thick cock. It’s ready to fill you up. Cum for me, Y/N. Show me you’re ready too.” He sped up the movements of his fingers and sucked down on your clit. You screamed his name and dug your heels into his back, trapping his head between your thighs. He continued to move, but slower, easing you down from the blinding high he just gave you.

He crawled up to lay next to you. With a smirk, he wiped away your juices from his face and sucked them off his fingers. Looking down you groaned. His length stood proud against his stomach, the tip an angrier red than usual. Your attention was stolen away as your nipple was tweaked. Baron grinned at you. He continued to work at your breasts. Kneading them. Mouthing over them, then blowing cool air over your nipples. You writhed under his touch, pleading with whines before he positioned himself over you. Licking his lips, he teased his head at your entrance, coating it in your juices. You became impatient and grabbed at his hand to guide him into you. He chuckled and gave you wanted, rolling his hips a little at a time until he was fully sheathed.

You were able to catch two or three quick breaths. Then Baron set a relentless pace, pounding into you. Each time he bottomed out he grunted and gripped the sheets on either side of your hips. Next thing you knew you were on your front and he was shoving a pillow under your hips. He reset the pace, drawing out mewls and cries of pleasure with every deep thrust. The angle gave him the extra reach that sent your walls fluttering. He gripped your hips so his thumbs could rub up and down on either side of your spine. Your cries heightened in pitch, reaching your soundless point as you neared your release. Baron pulled you back to meet his thrusts as he chased his close end too. Your walls tightened, and your vision lightened even as it darkened around the edges. Baron came with a low guttural shout but kept moving, pushing his cum further into you.

He eased you onto your back, repositioning the pillow under your hips. “Think you can handle another? I’m still half-hard.” You moaned something close to a yes. He nodded and rubbed the underside of your thighs. You keened at the soreness already seeping into your body as he pushed your legs back towards your chest.

This time he moved slower. Careful of your sensitivity. Giving you both time to catch your breath. From this new position, you could see how much that last round had worked him up. His skin was bright with sweat and his jaw was relaxed as he breathed deeply. He caught you looking at him and reached down to cup your face. You nuzzled into his touch, closing your eyes in the bliss of the fire rising again in your body. Baron couldn’t keep his hips from jolting forward as you flexed your walls around him.

“Getting impatient, are we?”

You hummed. A smile broke across your face as Baron quickened his pace, though kept it softer so as not to hurt you. You could feel his cock swelling inside you again like it does right before he loses control. He moved to spin hard circles into your clit. You arched further into his touch and cried out his name as you lost control seconds before he did. While your vision returned to normal, Baron rubbed the ache out of your thighs and removed the pillow. He rubbed your lower stomach and then reached down to lightly pinch your pussy lips closed.

“Don’t want to waste anything,” he said with a wink.

“If this becomes a regular thing, I might have to talk to my doc about upping the dosage on my pill.” You wriggled further up into the pillows and Baron followed.

Baron hummed. “If you do, am I allowed to accept that as a challenge?” He nuzzled his nose into the nape of your neck and growled.

“I swear, if you start howling at the moon I’m telling Woods the ABO writers got it right.” You couldn’t help but giggle as he quickly pulled back to pull a face.

“The AB-what writers? And since when do you share our lovemaking with Woods?”

“Never. But he keeps asking me if you get more growly around the full moon.”

Baron’s eyebrow arched in confusion, but he shook his head and the ideas away. He leaned down to your ear instead and placed your hand on his chest before rumbling, “only if it turns my girl on even more.”

With the way you wanted to rub your sore thighs together, it was worth looking into in the future.

Never Let Me Go

The reader starts to have an anxiety attack at the New Year’s party. Elias calms her down and stays with her to ring in the new year.

Paring: Elias Samson x Reader (Y/N)

Warnings/Promises: anxiety attack symptoms, helpful fluff

Word Count: 930

Note: Needed to write this. Let me know what you thought and how ringing the new year went for you and your family. Enjoy!

It was time for another New Year’s party hosted by Maryse and Miz. They were fantastic hosts, but due to the schedule this year, the party was happening a little late since everyone had to perform. They had a beautiful house that was always stocked with every snack and beverage, virgin or alcoholic, that could ever be asked for.

You stepped in through their front door and took a deep breath. It always smelled good too. Homey. Elias took your jacket and hung it with the others. You surveyed the room, looking for a group to join. Elias caught your hand while you were looking.

“Let me know if you need anything, okay? Anything.” He waited for you to nod yes, then kissed your forehead. You melted into it and felt the weight of several weeks’ worth of stress ease off your shoulders. Satisfied with the energy he gave you, you split up to enjoy the evening.

As the night progressed, you found yourself drifting from group to group. Each conversation was shorter the more you drifted. You began to repeat questions between groups. Sometimes your doubled up and realized with a start what you’d done.

The table of sweets was set up to one side. You snagged a cookie and took a bite. The rest you left in one of the plethora of bins around the room. A shiver ran down your spine as you looked for more people to celebrate the new year with.

But you’d already talked to everyone. Well, everyone you wanted to talk too. In hindsight, that list was pretty short. But you had branched out more than you thought you would. Because those people were standing with the people you wanted to talk to.

Did you really have so few connections?

Your eyes darted around the room. Under your skin numbness and static electricity bubbled all at once. Somewhere someone laughed. High pitched. You thought it was Bayley. Maybe Maryse. Another shiver ran down your spine.

Elias looked at you from the group of guys he was chatting with. “Could you guys excuse me?” He didn’t wait for their reply before walking over to you and taking your hands in his. They were always so warm. “Y/N?” He tilted your face to look into his, capturing your gaze from wandering around.

“I’m fine, it’s just…. There’s not that many people. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.” Your chest felt tight. The tops of your cheeks under your eyes hurt with a building pressure.

“Do you want me to play? Impromptu concert? No one will object.”

“No. Everybody always looks at me when you play.” You sighed and closed your eyes. “I don’t mean… I’m sorry. I’m being irrational.”

“No. You’re not.” He gripped your shoulders as you shivered. Within seconds he had found your jacket. “Do you want to go out on the porch for some air?”

You looked for the porch, but it was on the other side of the room with everyone between you and there. “No. I-“ the words died on your lips. Your eyes darted around again. You dug your nails into your palms and tried to focus.

Elias took your hand and gently lead you into a quiet hallway. He hugged you close. Tight enough to ground you. Loose enough to give you room to breath or heave or choose between the two. His hands ran up and down your back. With time, your breathing evened out and your eyes closed in bliss. His even breathing rose up to meet your face, pushing his beard up to tickle your nose. Playfully you blew at it until he placed his head on top of yours with a chuckle. His grip didn’t falter. It wouldn’t until you moved first.

“Thank you,” you mumbled into his chest. You gripped the fabric of his shirt in your hands.

“Anytime.”

Elias slowly began to rock back and forth. It felt like something between a waltz and being lulled to sleep. The melody he began to hum into your hair did not help the query.

“What time is it?” you asked.

Elias shifted to look at his watch. “Eleven thirty.”

You nodded. “We should go back.”

“Are you ready?” When you didn’t move your feet, Elias gave you a gentle squeeze. “We’ve got time. All the time in the world.” He chuckled. “If Becky were here she would say ‘all the time in the year.’” His chest puffed with a bit of pride when you giggled.

Any other time you would have felt the seconds tick by in your chest.

Tonight, time stood still.

Eventually, finally, ultimately, you could hear the sounds of the party growing restless as midnight approached. Tomorrow may actually be the sixth of the month, but nobody cared. A Champaign bottle popped. Crystalline glasses clinked. Thank you’s were exchanged for the glasses.

“I’m ready,” you said, stepping back a little. Elias’s arms were still around you, one stayed on your waist as you rejoined the party. You both took the glass handed to you.

“Ten… nine… eight… seven…”

“Six… five… four,” you joined in.

“Three… two… one. Happy New Year!” People went around the room, toasting each other and taking sips of the bubbly beverage. It tickled your nose. When only the dregs remained, Elias took your glass and set it down.

“Happy new year, Y/N.”

“Happy new year, Elias. Thank you… for… yeah.”

“I’ll never let you go, Y/N. I promise.”

You melted into his embrace with a deep sigh as the sounds of celebration rose to a crescendo.

Sister in Arms Part 4: Gone

While Finn is distracted fighting with Elias, Y/N has to deal with the sudden arrival of Bray.

Pairing: None

Warnings/Promises: wrestling violence, creepy Bray

Word Count: 760 (short, but intense)

Note: I hope I wasn’t too obvious leading up to the plot twist in this chapter. Elias’s song is based on The Civil War’s “The One That Got Away.” Please have mercy; poetry and songwriting is not my thing. Anyways and as always, please let me know how you’re liking this series, what you think is going to happen, or any other notes with likes, comments and reblogs. My tag lists (including the one for this series) are open and so are my requests. Now please enjoy this newest chapter!

Part 1: I Know You Best

Part 2: Enemies Closer

Part 3: Keep Your Power Close

With the single light on the ring, the crowd let up a mixture of boos and applause. Elias began his usual spiel, introducing himself and asking who wanted to walk with him. He was impressed by the swell of applause at his question.

“Now tonight I have a special song. It is dedicated not just to my opponent this week, but to my opponent last week as well.” He absently strummed his guitar, gathering his thoughts, then began.

“To the one known as Y/N and Finn

To the ones that follow them like sheep

I wish you were the ones

I wish you were the ones that’d go away

“I got caught up by the chase

And lost sight of ev’ry other thing

I wish you were the ones

I wish you were the ones that’d go away

“Oh, If I could go back in time when Y/N

Was just a name I would hear

In the stories of an Irish demon out of place

Oh, I wish I’d never ever seen your face

I wish you were the ones

Wish you were the ones that’d go away.”

You were able to hold Finn back so Elias could finish his song. But as soon as it ended, you gave a nod to the techie so they could que Finn’s music before Elias could collect his adoration. Finn did the intro of his entrance alone, then at the part where he would begin to walk down the ramp, you joined him. You kept your eyes on Elias, observing his reaction to every movement Finn made. From the floor, you joined the Balor Club in doing Finn’s entrance. That was never going to get old.

The bell rang and the match was called for one fall. Finn passed you his jacket to lay on the stairs while Elias ripped his shirt in half. You rolled your eyes at how dramatic they both were. The guys had just started to circle one another when the lights dimmed and flickered. They sprang back from one another and watched their own backs as Bray’s face stuttered onto the screen.

He didn’t say anything. Just cackled. Then his voice changed, heightened, and his face shimmered to include the burlap veil of Sister Abigail. Her laughter was just as eerie and sent chills down your spine. You jumped as Finn kneeled and placed his hand on your shoulder. Together you watched Bray’s face change back, then flicker out. Your heart was thundering in your chest long before the lights came on.

Finn and Elias shared a questioning look. Finn sighed. Elias shrugged before rushing forward to start the fight. Watching Elias fight up close revealed how much he didn’t hold back when he fought you. It pleased you how he regarded you as an equal in the ring. Neither of the men was underestimating the other.  They exchanged hits and grumbled underhanded insults exemplary of the old rivalry between them. You found yourself flinching when either of them hit the canvas hard or took a painful-looking hit.

The lights flickered again.

You kept your eyes on Finn in the ring, assuming Bray would appear as close to him as possible.

That was a mistake.

Finn spun around in the ring looking for Bray in the dim illumination. Elias had backed off into a corner, leaving the two supernatural beings to take each other out. His eyes grew wide as he looked past Finn and past you on the floor. The hair bristled on the back of your neck.

“Balor!” He pointed behind you.

Finn spun around just in time to see Bray’s arms wrap around your throat and waist. Your scream was cut off as everything went black.

Finn stood frozen in shock. His eyes darted over the spot where you once stood as if you would reappear just as quickly.

The slight bounce of the canvas brought his attention back to Elias who was walking to the center of the ring.

Elias had his hands up in peace. “Pin me.”

“What?”

“Pin me and go after her. Or let me pin you. Don’t just stand there.” Elias lowered his hands and motioned for Finn to fight him.

Finn gave a shout, then used his boiling rage to attack Elias. The Drifter fell quickly and didn’t fight back as the ref counted to three.

They were both out of the ring like a shot. On the ground they froze, eyeing each other warily. With a nod, they ran up the ramp and backstage together to look for you.
